We are seeking an experienced and driven Hybrid Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This unique role combines traditional paralegal responsibilities with advanced legal research, document review, and legal writing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering top-quality legal services. Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
2. Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and correspondence.
3. Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings.
4. Coordinate and manage document discovery and review processes, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all materials.
5. Utilize advanced legal writing skills to create persuasive arguments and clear, concise legal content.
6. Handle personal injury cases with diligence and professionalism, supporting clients through each stage of the legal process.
7. Maintain organized case files and manage case tracking and deadline systems.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law.
2. Paralegal certification or equivalent educational background.
3. Proven experience in legal research, legal writing, document review, and legal documentation.
4. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, understandable terms.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
