Job Details
Role-
Work collaboratively with all levels of staff on client engagements
Plan, supervise and complete complex engagements
Supervise staff and senior accountants on multiple engagements simultaneously, and evaluate their progress
Train and mentor staff and senior accountants
Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients
Assume leadership role in the firm’s practice
Maintain knowledge of general economic and political trends of possible tax or other legislation that could affect the business climate, particular as it relates to real estate
Have an innate curiosity about tax code sections, case law, and its application to businesses
Possess strong technical taxation skills and the ability to form strong client relationships
Additional duties as requested
Requirements-
4+ or more years’ experience
