⭐ICU Registered Nurse

High-energy unit specializing in post-operative thoracic and neuroscience step down patients. Our team also cares for cardiac patients, utilizing advanced therapies and treatments. We are a collaborative team, seeking like-minded individuals to join us.

As a member of our team, you will:

• Assist physicians and healthcare providers during routine examinations and emergency situations.
• Provide support and therapy to patients in psychiatric settings, ensuring their emotional and safety needs are met.
• Collect and document patient information, promptly reporting any significant changes to the registered nurse or physician.
• Assist patients and their families during admission, orientation, and discharge processes.
• Administer care and treatments as outlined in the patient's plan, including vital signs, specimen collection, wound care, etc.
• Provide direct personal care to patients for activities of daily living.
• Provide indirect care, such as cleaning, restocking supplies, and assisting with routine clerical tasks.

Skills You Need:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
