Industrial Electrician

We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and possess a strong background in blueprints, technical drawings, design, electrical controls, AC motor drives, simple welding, record activities, PLC, troubleshooting, QCS, (hydraulic OR pneumatic), repairs, electrical equipment, manufacturing, commercial, and residential.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial, commercial, and residential settings
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and make necessary repairs
• Test electrical systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly
• Install and program PLCs and other control systems
• Perform simple welding and fabrication tasks as necessary
• Record all activities and maintain accurate records of work performed
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site
• Provide training and guidance to apprentices and other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to perform simple welding and fabrication tasks
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
