Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

1. Assisting the Project Manager in planning and executing manufacturing or construction projects.
2. Coordinating changes and design reviews to ensure all alterations are implemented accurately and efficiently.
3. Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed within the set timeframes.
4. Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met and potential issues are addressed promptly.
5. Communicating effectively with team members, suppliers, and clients to maintain clear and open lines of communication.
6. Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
7. Assisting in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
8. Ensuring all project activities comply with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

1. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
5. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
