Job Details
Qualifications – Needed:
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- 2- or 4-year degree in a technical or engineering-related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or technical equipment sales
- Experience analyzing specifications and designing application-based solutions
- Strong background in proposal generation and cost estimation
- Customer-focused communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage technical inquiries and provide accurate recommendations
- Proficient in CRM tools, estimating software, or related technical systems
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and manage sales activities across an assigned territory
- Build and maintain customer relationships via phone and email
- Analyze technical specifications and application data to select the appropriate equipment
- Develop and issue detailed proposals, quotes, and cost estimates
- Conduct project plan takeoffs and ensure accuracy of technical data
- Maintain up-to-date product specs and resources for engineers and end-users
- Input job details and manage leads through internal CRM and proposal systems
- Coordinate with independent sales representatives to expand territory coverage
