Information Analyst - SAP Experience Needed

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Information Analyst for a challenging role in the Energy industry. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data that drives our business decisions. This position requires a deep understanding of analysis, order management, billing, pricing, allocations, production planning, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and technical development.

In this role, you will:

1. Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to the energy industry.
2. Manage orders, billing, pricing, and allocations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Develop and maintain production, demand, and supply plans to optimize operations.
4. Oversee inventory management and warehouse management systems.
5. Utilize SAP, including SD modules and SAP ABAP, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
6. Perform configuration and technical analysis to improve system performance.
7. Work with ISOIL, UNIX, SQL, SAP Fiori, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, to manage and analyze data.
8. Communicate findings and make recommendations to management and stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with various teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information.
10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in information systems.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in analysis, order management, billing, pricing, allocations, production planning, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and warehouse management.
3. Proficiency in SAP, including SD modules and SAP ABAP.
4. Experience in technical development, ISOIL, UNIX, SQL, SAP Fiori, and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
8. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
