We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Mortgage industry team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including Firewall, Cisco Routers, Exchange, GPOs, servers, O365, InTune, imaging, desktop support, helpdesk, customer service, and networking. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our systems are running smoothly and efficiently, providing the best possible service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure, including Firewall, Cisco Routers, Exchange, GPOs, servers, O365, InTune, imaging, desktop support, helpdesk, customer service, and networking.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network and system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and address IT needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for new technologies or improvements to existing systems as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Mortgage industry.
  • Proven experience with Firewall, Cisco Routers, Exchange, GPOs, servers, O365, InTune, imaging, desktop support, helpdesk, customer service, and networking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and system issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong knowledge of IT best practices and industry standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
