We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Manager to spearhead new business development, nurture existing accounts, and lead a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have experience selling to gyms, grocery stores, department stores, and other retail outlets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both hunting and account management, and has a passion for health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B opportunities within the fitness, retail, and wellness sectors.
Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and sales growth.
Sales Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and develop inside sales representatives to maximize performance.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market penetration.
Travel & Networking: Attend trade shows, conventions, and client meetings to build brand awareness and establish key relationships.
Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data and metrics to refine sales approaches and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience in the health & wellness, supplement, or consumer goods industry.
Proven track record in B2B sales (experience selling to gyms, grocery stores, department stores, and retail chains is a must).
Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing clients.
Experience in managing and developing sales teams is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and industry events (approx. 20-30% travel).
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for the health and wellness industry.
