Key Responsibilities:
What We’re Looking For:
- Conduct outbound phone calls and email campaigns to prospective business clients.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs and introduce our packaging and film solutions.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, timeline, and product fit.
- Accurately track all outreach activity and lead status in our CRM system.
- Set appointments or demos for outside sales representatives.
- Align outreach efforts with ongoing marketing campaigns and messaging.
- Track weekly metrics and suggest improvements to calling scripts and lead qualification strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (digital marketing experience a plus).
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails each day.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management, organization, and follow-up abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Familiarity with prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo.io preferred.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset.
