Job Details
We’re looking to add a talented associate to our Insurance Recovery team based in our Northern New Jersey office.
In this role, you’ll represent policyholders in high-stakes insurance coverage disputes across a wide range of complex claims—including those related to environmental issues, construction defects, mass torts, product liability, cybersecurity incidents, representations and warranties, and directors and officers (D&O) and professional liability matters.
Your day-to-day will include analyzing insurance policies, identifying coverage opportunities, drafting and submitting claims, negotiating with insurers and their counsel, and preparing pleadings, discovery, and motion papers. You’ll be expected to manage multiple matters at once, and collaborate closely with both colleagues and clients throughout the lifecycle of each case.
We’re seeking someone with 4–6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, ideally with a background in insurance coverage work. Strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment are all essential.
