Requirements:

· U.S. Citizen

· Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Building Construction, or similar curriculum

· 5+ years of experience in estimating for commercial, light industrial construction projects

· Experience performing detailed quantity take-offs for site utilities, structural and architectural items

· Experience with analysis of vendor and subcontractor proposals, and preparation of bid comparison tabulations

Preferences:

· Experience in the conversion of estimates into detailed project budgets

· Experience in reviewing and analyzing project initiated change order proposals to determine contractual validity and accuracy of the proposed pricing

· Experience in writing technical proposals
