International Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent International Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the Finance industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in International Tax, International Filing and Tax Provisions. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tax strategies that comply with international tax laws and regulations
• Provide tax advice and support to clients on a wide range of international tax issues
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts with international tax implications
• Handle international tax planning and structuring for high net worth individuals and families
• Ensure compliance with international tax reporting requirements, including FATCA and CRS
• Manage and coordinate international tax audits and inquiries
• Monitor changes in international tax laws and regulations and provide advice to clients on the impact of these changes on their tax positions
• Work collaboratively with other members of the tax team to provide exceptional client service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or JD certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax
• Strong understanding of ASC 740 Tax Provisions
• Experience with S Corp and C Corp tax structures
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
