iOS Engineer

This start-up has identified a need in the market that is focused on building high-quality, modern, software to level the playing field for financial advisory and wellness. Currently, they are using unique behavioral algorithms to influence engineering and design decisions. They are looking for self-starting engineers who want autonomy and the ability to identify with the work and products they are developing.

This is a mission-driven company that was founded on the belief that every person deserves personalized, and affordable financial management, without fear of being caught up in a sales gimmick.

They have hit an inflection point with product-market fit and are surrounded by passionate, paying customers.

The current group is a cross-functional team, uniquely suited to solve the market challenges while continuing to innovate and evolve. They successfully closed 65M in Series B funding recently to support the R&D and marketing growth of the organization.

Their mobile app was built by the CTO in Swift. It has hardly any technical debt and has clean code and launched in the app store. They are looking for a Senior Swift Engineer to be the 1st hire for this team and to not only maintain but add new features and innovate. You are someone who loves Swift and can handle all parts from building the app to setting up deployments in the app store to releases etc. The goal is to continue to hire a team around you and really test the limit on what this app and potentially additional apps are capable of doing. You will have complete autonomy over this app and the CTO will no longer be involved directly in the development of the app.
