Project Management:

• Oversee MES projects in alignment with the global MES strategy, methodology, processes, standards, and solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT Domains, Global IT Management, and Group BRMs to ensure project coordination.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of methodology, processes, and services within the region.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of projects and services within the region.
• Document project details and processes thoroughly.
• Provide support during project Go-Live and Post Go-Live phases.
• Recognize the appropriate time to transition projects to the operations team.

Project Controlling:

• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Effectively manage project costs and revenue.
• Take charge of project controlling, billing, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate efforts between the Customer and Vendor to maintain project timelines.
• Communicate any changes that impact the project effectively.

Relationships:

• Grasp the business's expectations and requirements.
• Stay informed about the services offered by other Global IT domains.
• Maintain close communication with Operations and BRMs.
• Identify potential opportunities, risks, and constraints where IT can contribute to business enhancement.
• Contribute insights and drive the ongoing improvement of services.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as needed.

Education/Experience:

• Hold a PMP certification OR possess at least 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
• Possess a college diploma or university degree in fields like computer science, information systems, or software engineering, or demonstrate equivalent work experience.
• Exhibit extensive, hands-on familiarity with various development technologies.
• Have over 5 years of experience with relational database technologies.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the capability to collaborate within customer-oriented global teams.
• Possess sound knowledge of contemporary web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and XML.
• Display excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Exhibit flexibility as an independent team player in a high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Prior experience in manufacturing is considered an advantageous asset.
