Job Details


  • High School Diploma or GED certificate; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in a technical support role or similar customer service position.
  • Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations.
  • A+ certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; patience and empathy when dealing with clients.
  • Familiarity with the Windows operating systems and common software applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends to provide support as needed.
