Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Proficient in Network Connectivity, Windows 10, O365, and Basic Scripting with PowerShell.
4. Strong understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT trends and technologies.
