IT Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to enhance our IT department. The successful candidate will join our team of experienced professionals in providing top-notch IT support and solutions to our medical staff. This is a permanent position that requires a strong understanding of technical support, networking, and system administration. The individual in this role will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and reliable.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT support role, preferably in the medical industry.
• Proven experience with LAN, WAN, Networking, IT Support, Desktop Support.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
• A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows, Exchange, and Cisco.
• Experience of network management and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with common software and hardware.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
