Job Details

3 Things that are Needed for this Job:

  • 2+ years of success in operations with a heavy workflow. Possible jobs before could be Concierge at Disney, Wedding Planner at Pelican Hill, Office Manager at a Recruiting Company

  • 2+ years experience planning, managing, and executing large-scale events is a plus.

  • 2+ years of success in a high-capacity hospitality orientated setting.


3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:

  • You will be the face of our beautiful Jobot House! This will entail greeting our Jobot family and visitors. Ensuring our Jobot House is always looking its very best. Assisting in any facilities tickets or vendor calls for our in-house equipment. You will also have experience in the facilities and logistic needs for office management.

  • You will be an integral part of the Jobot family by executing a wide variety of general hospitality tasks. You will be a “go-to” support person in day-to-day operations at the amazing Jobot House! From assisting with our fabulous Jobot House heavy events (we have one nearly every day!), to making sure our facilities in tip top shape. Your days will be spent working closely with the Jobot House team to make our House beautiful, functional, and fun!

  • Possess a “can-do” attitude for all situations, no task too big or too small to handle. We are all about giving the “white glove treatment” to everyone we interact with. The Jobot House Crew creates a unique and incredible workday experience for all Jobot family members every day.

  • Excellent organization and inventory skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
