Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure the company's long-term profitability and growth.
  • Identify and address the needs of key accounts, ensuring that our products and services align with their business objectives.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the company, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that key accounts receive top-quality service.
  • Manage and oversee the credentialing process for key accounts, ensuring that all necessary documents and certifications are updated and compliant with industry standards.
  • Resolve any issues or problems faced by key accounts in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales and progress towards company goals, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations, applying this knowledge to strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a focus on key account management and medical credentialing.
  • Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent understanding of the medical credentialing process and relevant regulations.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain profitable relationships with key clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels within the company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
