Job Details
- The core responsibility of the Land Acquisition Manager is to identify and secure new parcels of land for our residential development projects
- Responsible for researching market areas for potential target opportunities
- Contact and meet with land owners in specific target areas
- Establish key relationships with brokers, engineers, developers, and local municipalities
- Experience reading plans, aerial maps, and assessor databases to find potential residential use areas
- Put together market analytics to understand preliminary pricing for land
- Perform due diligence and underwriting to determine the viability of each deal
- Create reports from market research sources like Metrostudy, bohlke, Zonda etc.
