Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead AI Platform Engineer to join our Client's dynamic and growing Tech Services team. This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of our client's AI platform development, implementing innovative solutions and leading a team of engineers. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving our AI platform, ensuring its scalability, robustness, and responsiveness to meet the needs of their clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our AI platform, ensuring its high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI models into production.
• Utilize FastAPI, Django, Sanic, and other relevant frameworks to create effective solutions.
• Manage applications in AWS, GCP, Azure, and other cloud environments.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container technologies to ensure seamless deployment and scalability.
• Leverage vector and Large Language models to improve the platform's capabilities.
• Handle high latency issues and ensure optimal performance of the platform.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our platform at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide them in their professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI platform development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Proficient in FastAPI, Django, Sanic, and other relevant frameworks.
• Strong experience with AI technologies, including deploying AI, LLM, and GenAI.
• Extensive experience with container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience in managing applications in AWS, GCP, Azure, and other cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their implementation.
• Experience in handling high latency issues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think out of the box.
• Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
