We produce a wide range of custom-designed parts to exact customer specifications, using technically advanced equipment and processes. We perform low to high volume turning. Including, multiple spindle turning, CNC turning, transfer machines, and Swiss type turning capabilities. Secondaries include, broaching, milling, spline rolling, thread rolling, center and centerless grinding.

Job Details
Position: CNC Lathe Operator (Night Shift)
Shift: 6pm (8hr, 10hr, or 12hr) M-F (some weekends)
Wage: DOE
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
2 years experience using CNC production machines
Able to make good decisions on which materials to use, how to solve the problem and if outside help is needed
Able to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multi-tasks
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company documents.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Vocational school training on electrical principles and troubleshooting (preferred but not required.)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Runs production CNC lathe machines
Maintains good quality product
Reports issues to the CNC Department Lead
Leaves machine in good working condition; new tooling, good coolant level, etc.
Makes tool offsets and changes to tooling when needed
Inspects products properly
Keeps the machine area clean, including floor, machine, and workstation
Performs all other duties as assigned
