Experience estimating ground up construction projects
Ability and comfort in estimating various projects within different construction verticals
Running take off, bid, and budgeting process
Coordinating prospective leads and brining them through the cost estimation / launch process
Production and review of bid drawings and documents
Working with operations and project executives on project schedules and project pricing targets
Ability and comfort in estimating various projects within different construction verticals
