We are on the hunt for a seasoned Permanent Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic Tech Services team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology, lead a talented team of engineers, and contribute to the development of our innovative products. The perfect candidate is a technical expert who is passionate about creating scalable solutions, has a deep understanding of full-stack development, and is proficient in TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, containerization using Kubernetes or Docker, and other related technologies.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of our tech services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
2. Utilize your expertise in Full-Stack technologies to develop and enhance our product offerings.
3. Implement scalable solutions using Vector Search, CI/CD, Pipelines, and other advanced techniques.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs, offer insights, and devise effective solutions.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting best practices in coding and design.
6. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring all technical aspects are in line with our company objectives.
7. Use your knowledge of GenAI and Large Language Models (LLM) to drive innovation, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 7+ years of experience in full-stack development using TypeScript, Python, GraphQL, Java or modern languages
3. Demonstrated experience in deploying scalable solutions, managing CI/CD pipelines and deploying AI Services.
4. Expertise across all 3 Major Cloud Platforms, AWS, Azure, GCP
5. Solid understanding of GenAI and Large Language Models (LLM), SOLR, or Vector Search.
6. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of engineers.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think out-of-the-box.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
