A bit about us:
We make a self-lubricating bearing material using a mix of graphite, metal, and carbon. This material is solid, consistent, and works well in tough environments, especially where oil, grease, or plastic bearings don’t hold up.
Our products are used in high-temperature and underwater applications and have been known to run for many years with little or no maintenance. We offer both standard and custom designs, depending on what each customer needs.
There are over 100 material grades available, and our team works closely with customers to find practical, long-lasting solutions to their bearing problems.
We’re looking for team members who are dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in helping produce high-quality products used in a variety of industries.

This is a permanent position in our Manufacturing division, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. As a Lead Machinist, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing a variety of machines, with a focus on lathe machinery. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Read/Interpret Blueprints
Program, Set up, and Operate CNC Mills and Lathes
Set up and Operate Manual Machinery
Hold Tight Tolerances
Work with various materials
First piece, In Process, and Final Inspections
Utilize calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges
Edit G and M Codes
Perform Complex Set ups on Machinery
Train and Supervise Operators
Assist Engineers with Design
