Seeking skilled full time LEAD Machine Maintenance Technicians at our food manufacturing facility, installing, maintaining, upgrading, and repairing our manufacturing equipment. The openings are on 2nd shift (or a hybrid 2nd/3rd)

Qualified candidates must be willing and able to work daily overtime as well as Saturday and Sunday as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete preventive maintenance as scheduled
• Complete daily log and preventive maintenance paperwork
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
• No direct reports but ability to lead team without management support on shift
• Reports directly to Maintenance Manager

Qualifications include:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience
• Strong electrical aptitude and experience
• Effective communication skills
• Effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills a must
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds Frequent bending, lifting and climbing required
• Must be able to obtain a lift truck license.
