Job Details
System Expertise
○ Advanced Workday administration and configuration skills - required
○ Advanced Workday Security Experience - required
○ Advanced knowledge of Workday data architecture and Report development -
required
○ Strong Integrations experience using Cloud Connect and EIB (Studio nice to
have but not required) - required
○ Advanced business process setup and maintenance - required
○ Release/change management (tenant management and deploying changes)
○ Familiarity with SQL
○ Professional and ethical handling of sensitive and confidential information
Business Analyst
○ Strong verbal & written communication skills
○ Strong collaborator who is proactive and drive things to completion
○ Organized team player with strong problem solving skills & attention to details
○ Ability to analyze data to find insights, think through problems & recommend
solutions
● Seasoned administrator with 5 to 7 years of Workday experience supporting HCM
domains for 1500+ users
● Finance domain knowledge strongly preferred
● +5 years experience in Workday:
○ Building and maintaining integrations using cloud connect and EIB
○ Developing reports and dashboards, including composite reports
○ Configuring workday modules (e.g ATS, LMS.)
○ BP Optimization skills
● Workday Certifications are strongly preferred
