Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Draft and respond to discovery demands and subpoenas
- Organize and maintain case files and related legal documents
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Support attorneys in trial preparation and litigation tasks
- Track deadlines and manage calendars for active caseloads
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a plaintiff’s personal injury firm
- Strong working knowledge of discovery procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
