Job Details
The Licensed Clinical Lead must be licensed in the State of Arizona as either a LCSW / LPC / LMFT
Job Duties:
Oversee Clinical staff and make sure the needs of the patients are being met
Support company’s mission of delivering quality service to individuals by overseeing therapeutic services
Work with Clinical staff to provide training and ongoing support
Case evaluations and management as needed
Develop and implement crisis intervention emergency procedures
Cultivate the development of and monitor adherence to treatment plans for individuals
Keep proper documentation on all interactions with patients and staff
Participate in emergency coverage system, including on-call rotation and consultations with team members
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field required
Five years relevant experience and One year clinical supervision required
LCSW / LPC / LMFT or similar license required
Demonstrated skills with motivating teams and driving results to meet goals
Previous care of working with adolescent patients preferred but not required
