Strong support staff

Requirements:

• Current state license or be eligible to license
• Experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations

Responsibilities:

• Assure the facility operates in full compliance with Federal and State regulations
• Ensure proper health care services to residents
• Plan and be accountable for all activities within the nursing home
• Be accountable for departments of the facility
• Assure the highest degree of quality of care is provided to all residents
• Strong Financial Acumen
• Ability to lead and supervise professional and administrative staff
