Must Haves:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN License in PA
• 1+ years of Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN experience (inpatient/ambulatory/clinic/outpatient a big plus)
• Ability to multitask, handle multiple patients, and provide quality care, with high integrity

The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN role is vital to both the short and long term care of the patients we serve throughout all of our clinics, specialties, and sites. In this role, you will:

• Initial intake and point of contact between the patient and the practice
• Perform initial video or phone visit to welcome them and begin care
• Update EHR with with all patient information
• Work with care team, review patient preferences/needs, determine any lab work or tests needed for their appointment
