Responsibilities:
As a Permanent LPN, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties aimed at delivering high-quality patient care. These include:

1. Providing basic patient care, including administering medication, taking vital signs, and assisting with patient hygiene and comfort.
2. Assisting doctors and registered nurses with examinations and treatments.
3. Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate patient records.
4. Monitoring patients' health status and responding to changes in their condition.
5. Communicating effectively with patients and their families, providing information and emotional support.
6. Adhering to all safety and infection control standards.
7. Participating in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices and regulations.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Current and valid LPN license.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN.
3. Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and best practices.
4. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate patient records.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a strong desire to help others.
8. Ability to adhere to safety and infection control standards.
