Responsibilities:
Efficiently diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
Conduct repairs that not only meet but surpass National Electrical Code guidelines.
Enhance customer retention by keeping a neat and organized workspace
Inform and suggest immediate or future upgrades to the customer
Precisely estimate and bill for repair and project work
Record completed work using before-and-after photographs
Adhere to safe working procedures and techniques
Effectively engage with both internal and external clients

Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in residential service and repair, with a focus on diagnosing and troubleshooting standard plumbing systems
Possession of a Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing license in Texas is mandatory.
Experience in Leak Location and Repair is advantageous
Strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service on-site
A results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting
Capability to follow instructions as well as work autonomously
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, or wet climates
