You Bring!

• 2-year minimum of experience in General Insurance Defense and a passion for continuous learning.
• You must hold a valid Utah state and federal district court license, with additional admissions to neighboring states considered advantageous.
• This presents an extraordinary chance to handle a diverse array of cases with a forward-thinking firm, including General Liability, product liability, Executive Liability, and Business Litigation.
• A profound understanding of state and federal court procedures.

The Day to Day!

• Managing a significant caseload, involving civil litigation and insurance defense matters in various domains
• Practice areas to focus on; medical malpractice, general liability, products and premises liability, financial institutions, professional liability, and business litigation.
• Under the guidance of a partner, your role will entail: Drafting, preparing, and managing pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda.
• Formulating and responding to written discovery requests and dispositive motions.
• Competently and proficiently conducting legal research.
• Preparing for and conducting depositions of parties and experts.
• Reviewing client documents, drafting case evaluations, and providing status report updates.
• Assisting in trial preparations, mediations, and court appearances.
• Direct interaction with clients, claim professionals, opposing counsel, colleagues, and support staff.
