We are actively seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a specialization in Personal Injury Defense, particularly within the federal court system, including the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of overall legal practice, with a specific focus on litigation, as well as 3-4 years' experience in federal court.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar and admission to practice in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
• Minimum of 5 years of overall legal practice with a strong focus on litigation.
• 3-4 years of specific experience practicing in federal court, preferably with a focus on personal injury defense.
• Proven success in managing and litigating federal cases, including trials and hearings.
