$120,000-140,000 per year

Candidates with 7+ years of experience in a litigation firm are preferred.

• Experience with research/writing skills, ability to manage complex cases, and strong civil procedure skills
• Handling discovery and litigation discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, conducting witness interviews, drafting and arguing pleadings and motions, day-to-day case management, and participation in trial preparation.
• Provide legal support to clients and assist Partners
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Take depositions
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
