This position will focus on a broad scope of matters involving business litigation, including construction, Uniform Commercial Code matters, real estate litigation, bankruptcy litigation (both debtor and creditor), contract disputes, corporate and partnership dissolution, and other matters as needed. 3-5 years of experience in business/commercial litigation is required.
