Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in the construction industry. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in court and providing legal advice on construction-related matters. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Associate Litigation Attorney, Court, Construction, Construction Defect Litigation, Litigation, Trial, and Colorado.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various stages of Litigation, including Trial and Appeal
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct and defend depositions and other discovery
• Participate in mediation and settlement conferences
• Attend hearings, trials, and other court appearances
• Manage and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to achieve case objectives

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Colorado State Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Litigation Attorney
• Experience with Construction Law and Construction Defect Litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
