We are currently seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of two years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tort litigation and insurance defense, with excellent written and oral advocacy skills, as well as exceptional research and writing abilities.

Key Qualifications:
At least two years of litigation experience
Strong academic background
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Exceptional research and writing skills
Experience drafting and arguing motions
Ability to take and defend depositions
Familiarity with evaluating, interviewing, and deposing experts
Experience managing files autonomously
Trial experience in state and federal court preferred

Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility in an active litigation practice
Work closely with senior litigators
Provide active mentoring and client contact

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work independently, as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and attending court hearings. The attorney will work closely with senior litigators who will provide active mentoring and client contact.
