Key Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including conducting legal research, preparing and filing pleadings, and managing discovery.
- Coordinate with outside counsel, experts, and witnesses.
- Manage electronic document review platforms, including setting up and maintaining document databases, conducting searches, and coordinating with vendors.
- Assist with deposition preparation, including preparing deposition summaries and organizing exhibits.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials to provide support to attorneys.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
- Manage case files and maintain electronic case management systems.
- Assist with preparing and managing trial exhibits.
- Mentor and train junior paralegals on litigation best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting, with a focus on commercial litigation.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document review platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with trial preparation and attendance at trial is preferred.
- Ability to mentor and train junior paralegals.
