Job Details:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing paralegal support to the litigation team in all aspects of our legal practice, with a focus on insurance defense litigation.

Responsibilities:
The Litigation Paralegal will be tasked with the following duties:

1. Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in all aspects of case management, including organizing and managing case files, document production, and discovery processes.
2. Assist in the preparation for and conduct of depositions, including preparation of deposition summaries and exhibits.
3. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Coordinate and manage timelines and deadlines to ensure all court and filing dates are met.
5. Liaise with clients, witnesses, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
6. Assist in trial preparation, including the preparation of trial exhibits and witness files.
7. Manage complex insurance defense litigation cases, ensuring all necessary actions are taken promptly.
8. Maintain and update case management system and client files as necessary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Paralegal role will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in insurance defense litigation.
2. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent legal qualifications.
3. Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in the use of legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
