A bit about us:

As a Permanent Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic legal team, contributing to high-stakes litigation cases. You will work closely with our attorneys, assisting them in all aspects of the litigation process, from the initial information-gathering stage, through discovery and trial, and ending with the resolution stage. You will be responsible for managing complex litigation matters, conducting investigations, performing in-depth research, collecting records, filing pleadings, and working with plaintiffs. This position requires a high degree of self-motivation, professional ethics, and the ability to handle a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

1. A bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
3. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
4. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Demonstrated ability in managing complex litigation cases.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management software.
10. Certified Paralegal or Certified Legal Assistant designation is preferred.
