Please note, this role is in our Long Beach office Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Parking is free!
- Assist attorney in all phases of personal injury litigation, including trial preparation
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Manage case files, maintain records, and track deadlines
- Conduct legal research and gather supporting materials for cases
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
- Coordinate and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation and trial experience required
- Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with accuracy
- Works well in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting
