Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorney in all phases of personal injury litigation, including trial preparation
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Manage case files, maintain records, and track deadlines
  • Conduct legal research and gather supporting materials for cases
  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
  • Coordinate and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of personal injury litigation and trial experience required
  • Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with accuracy
  • Works well in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting

Please note, this role is in our Long Beach office Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. Parking is free!
