We're seeking an experienced and detailed paralegal with at least 5 years of litigation experience in a similar firm setting. The incoming paralegal will play a crucial role in managing cases from inception through trial while working alongside industry leading and respected attorneys. Core job responsibilities include:
Interested candidates should have excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills for cross-departmental collaboration with attorneys, legal assistants, and outside counsel. Advanced proficiency with legal software including Trial Director, CaseMap, Everlaw and PACER is strongly preferred. - Support attorneys with court filings in state and federal courts
- Assist with e-Discovery projects using specialized platforms
- Manage document collection, review, and production processes
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Draft and process subpoenas and other legal documents
- Provide in-trial support
- Handle ESI processing
- Analyze and summarize employment records, policies, and handbooks
- Monitor relevant regulatory changes in labor and employment law
