The firm focuses on corporate and commercial real estate transactional work and has closed in excess of $250MM worth of transactions. They have assembled an extremely talented cohort of lawyers and professionals and as a result, they attract clients that demand legal excellence and precision typically found at larger law firms.

Responsibilities:

• You’re currently advising local clients that have national litigation needs
• You’d benefit from plugging into a national team to expand your practice
• You’re supporting clients in Commercial / Residential Real Estate
• You have experience managing discovery, motion practice, research and litigation management

Qualifications:

• Must be open to a 100% onsite schedule in Downtown Atlanta
• At least seven years of experience at a national or regional law firm or in-house with a reputable company
• Graduated from a top-tier law school or be able to demonstrate an excellent and sustained reputation in the industry
• An interest in having autonomy over your own practice while simultaneously teaming up with top-notch attorneys across our corporate, fintech, intellectual property, real estate and litigation practices
• Must have a portable book of business
