Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, revise, and finalize correspondence, legal documents, and court filings
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and monitor deadlines
  • File legal documents with administrative agencies and courts, including e-filing
  • Handle document production, including formatting, proofreading, and compiling exhibits
  • Maintain client files, perform conflict checks, and assist with matter opening and closing
  • Communicate with clients, experts, agencies, and other attorneys professionally and efficiently
  • Provide general administrative support including billing, time entry, and travel arrangements

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of legal secretary experience, preferably in litigation or natural resources
  • Strong knowledge of court rules, e-filing procedures, and legal terminology
  • Experience with NetDocs, Adobe, MacroPro, and calendaring software
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
