Job Details
Must have 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or in mortgage sales
Works closely with Growth & Development Team to source, interview, and place top talent
Manages full recruitment process, leveraging multiple sourcing methods
Builds strong relationships with top talent and maintains contact with prospects
Detailed-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
