Responsibilities:

• Analyzing medical images to diagnose and treat illnesses.
• review diagnostic images including:

o Ultrasounds
o Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
o Computed tomography (CT)

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University
• New York Medical License
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Radiology
• Interventional Radiology is not required
• A clinical background in breast Radiology or a fellowship training in breast imaging are preferred

Experience:

• Computed tomography (CT)
• Computerized axial tomography (CAT)
• Fluoroscopy
• Fusion imaging (a technique that fuses two different imaging tests).

Equipment:

• MRI
• CT
• Ultrasound
• Nuclear medicine
• Radiography/fluoroscopy
