Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field required
Master’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
CPA candidate required, CPA preferred
2+ years of experience in transaction advisory services/due diligence, or public accounting, or equivalent professional experience preferred
Thorough understanding of financial statements
Advanced understanding of financial reports, transaction cycles, and business processes
Project management experience, team orientation and strong interpersonal skills desired
